Frequently asked questions about the demo

Which platform is the demo held on?

The demo takes place online via Google Meet or Microsoft Teams, with screen sharing. You don't need to install anything: for Google Meet a link in your browser is enough. We match the platform to whatever is easiest for you.

What language is the demo in?

The demo can be in Dutch or English. Just let us know your preference when you request it.

Can you also give the demo live at our office?

We're happy to try, and we usually can. An on-site demo takes a bit longer, but it lets us show the mobile app on smartphone and tablet alongside the web app. In an online demo we show the desktop and browser version. Let us know your location in your request and we'll see what's feasible.

What do you show during the demo?

We walk through the entire workflow together: creating a property, adding rooms and photos, generating a report and reviewing the results. We also show damage detection, custom branding, Teams and pricing. The demo is tailored to your situation and questions.

How long does the demo take and are there any costs or obligations?

An online demo takes about 15 to 30 minutes; an on-site demo takes a bit longer. In both cases it's completely free and without obligation. It's not a sales pitch, but a practical introduction to how ImmoHabits works.

Who should attend the demo?

Anyone who would work with ImmoHabits or helps decide is welcome. This is often the manager and the staff who create the inspection reports. We can also schedule a session for a whole team.

Do I need to prepare anything?

No, you don't need to prepare anything. Want something more concrete? We're happy to run the demo on your own property photos, so you can see right away that nothing is staged and it all runs live on your own data.
