Structure of an inspection report

Every report is built in exactly the same way: neatly structured by property, floor, room and feature. No matter who creates it or how large the property is, the result always looks just as polished and professional, in the same consistent style.

You decide how the final report looks

ImmoHabits generates the content, but the final form stays flexible. That way the report fits your office, your client and the type of file.

Your own branding in Word and PDF

Have reports exported in a template with your own logo, colors, fonts and layout. With such a custom template, all ImmoHabits branding disappears from the report.

Photos per room or at the end

Show photos right with the room description, or bundle them at the end of the report when you want a more compact document.

General description on or off

Decide for yourself whether to show a general property description at the top, or to start straight with the rooms.

Round plastic ventilation grille mounted at the top of the wall above the entrance door. No further visible elements.

Frequently asked questions about your report

How do I get the report in my own branding?

A report in your own branding is something we set up for you. Get in touch and we build a Word template with your logo, colors, fonts and layout. Once that custom template is active, every mention of ImmoHabits disappears from your reports and they fully carry your brand.

What can I change in the report?

Textually you can change everything: you can edit, delete or add descriptions, conditions and notes. You also decide where the photos go (at the end of the report or per room) and whether to show or hide the general property and room description. Want even more freedom? Simply download the report as a Word document and adjust everything as you like in your own word processor.

What do the yellow and red markings in the report mean?

ImmoHabits only flags where extra attention is needed. Red means visible damage or a possible damage finding was detected; you can adjust, nuance or remove that text before export. Yellow means the AI cannot determine something with certainty from the photo, for example with materials such as wood or MDF, parquet or laminate. That way you see at a glance what still needs reviewing before you share the report.

Why are meter readings always shown in yellow?

Meter readings are read automatically from your photos. Because an incorrect digit can have major consequences, we always flag them as a yellow attention point. That way you check the captured value yourself before finalizing the report.

What if I forgot a photo or a room?

No problem. Add the missing photos or rooms and regenerate your report. After adding new data, you can regenerate your report once for free.

Do I also get the used photos separately?

Yes. Alongside the report, you download a free ZIP archive with all used photos in high resolution and with clear file names (Photo 1.jpg, Photo 2.jpg, and so on).
