Try damage detection in your first report
Create a project for free and see how ImmoHabits describes damage automatically. You only add the cost estimate when you need it.
ImmoHabits describes visible damage by default in every report. Would you also like a price estimate for the repair? Then optionally add a damage report with repair costs.
ImmoHabits does more than just describe rooms. The AI looks at your photos, detects visible damage and works it into the inspection report automatically.
Optional add-on
The damage report with repair costs is especially useful when damage needs to be not just described, but also priced.
Each detected damage gets a separate cost estimate, linked to the finding in the report.
At the bottom of the report, ImmoHabits bundles the costs into a clear table with a total amount.
You keep control of the content and can review or adjust the estimates before export.
In a regular inspection report, ImmoHabits states what is visibly damaged. With repair costs added, the report becomes more actionable: damage points are grouped by category, linked to references and given a minimum and maximum cost estimate. For recognisable appliances and devices, the AI looks up current prices live and cites the sources it consulted.
The damage categories are automatically matched to the findings in the report. Everything is bundled by work category, by floor and by room, with subtotals and a grand total. For each category you see in which room(s) the repairs apply.
Repair of cracks, damaged wall corners and local wear marks in various rooms.
Replacing or repairing damaged skirting boards, interior joinery and small finishes.
Local cosmetic repair of damaged ceramic floor tiles.
Replacing aged or damaged flexible seals around sanitary fixtures.
The regular damage detection and description are included by default. You only activate the repair cost estimate when you need it.
Not every report needs a cost estimate. Add it especially when damage can have a financial consequence or when you want to communicate more clearly.
Back up move-out damage against the move-in with a clear repair cost for each point.
Quickly clarify exactly which damage and which amount are involved.
Use the estimate as a basis to structure repairs, contractors or internal follow-up.
Is damage detection included by default?
Yes. ImmoHabits detects and describes visible damage by default in every report. You pay no extra token for it.
What does the damage report with repair costs cost?
The repair cost estimate is an optional add-on of 1 extra token per report. You only pay it when you add the cost estimate.
What extra do I get with the repair cost estimate?
ImmoHabits groups damage points by category, gives a short repair description, refers to the relevant damage photos and shows a minimum and maximum cost indication per category.
Why does ImmoHabits work with a price range?
Repair costs depend on execution, material, region and the combination of works. That's why ImmoHabits shows a minimum and maximum indication, based on current construction cost indexes and common guide prices.
Can I still adjust the amounts?
Yes. The estimate is intended as a starting point. You can review and adjust the report before sharing or exporting it.
Does this also work at move-out?
Yes. You can also use the repair cost estimate for a move-out inspection report, for example when new damage is found compared to the move-in.
