Start a review round and every party (tenant, landlord or client) receives a personal reading link by e-mail, sent in the name of your office. Participants read the report section by section in a secure online portal, without an account or installation.

Legally valid digital signing

Have the report legally signed digitally by all parties, through our Belgian partner OK!Sign, with or without a prior review. You simply work from ImmoHabits; who signs follows automatically from the parties in your file.

  • Sign with a finger, mouse or stylus, with an SMS code or with itsme
  • By e-mail in the name of your office, with automatic reminders after 3 and 6 days
  • Or on the spot on your tablet, for example at the key handover
  • Optionally the author signs along; you follow the status per signer live

For reviews we partner with Docreview.be, in a neutral environment: participants see no mention of ImmoHabits anywhere. Your office logo appears in the invitation e-mail and at the top of the review page.

What does it cost?

  • Online review: free

    A review round costs no tokens. You can even start one before the report is fully finished.

  • Signing: 1 token

    One signing round costs 1 token (€2.50). If a signer chooses itsme, 1 token per itsme signer is added. You see the total cost up front.

Frequently asked questions about review and signing

Is a digital signature legally valid?

Yes. Signing runs through our Belgian partner OK!Sign, and electronic signatures are legally valid under the European eIDAS regulation. With itsme, the signer’s identity is also verified.

Do tenant and landlord need an account?

No. For both the review and the signing, every party receives a personal link by e-mail. They read and sign right in the browser, without an account or installation.

What does it cost?

The online review is free. A signing round costs 1 token, plus 1 token per signer who signs via itsme. You always see the total cost up front in the signing window.

Can signing also happen on the spot?

Yes. Choose the “on this device” option and the parties sign one after the other on your device, for example on a tablet at the key handover.

What if someone doesn’t respond?

Anyone who hasn’t signed yet automatically gets a reminder after 3 and after 6 days. You follow the status per signer and can cancel the round as long as nobody has signed; your tokens are then returned.
